How do I return an order?
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

Please be familiar with our Return Policy, as not all products are returnable.
Unopened items may be returned within 60 days of purchase, in the original unopened condition, for a full refund or store credit, excluding shipping charges. If the product to be returned was sent due to our error, we will refund the product and the shipping charges.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or misdirected in shipping, so you may wish to use a trackable method of shipment. Please include your original receipt with your return. We are able to credit you for items once they are received by us, either to the same credit card, as product credit, or as an exchange. Additional shipping costs will apply to all exchanges sent out.
Items that have been opened are not returnable. Please contact us for additional information.
PLEASE NOTE: Autoship & Save orders that were modified after the deadline to make changes has passed (typically 2 days before the next scheduled shipment) are subject to the same return policy as regular one-time orders.
Print and Electronic Books
Books are fully refundable within the first 14 days after you received them. If you are not satisfied with the book, please contact us to arrange for a refund. After 14 days we are happy to extend store credit for books returns. Books can no longer be returned after 60 days.
Paperback books will need to be returned to us at your expense; please note that we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or misdirected in shipping, so you may wish to use a trackable method of shipment. Please include your original receipt with your return. We are able to credit you for your book once it is received by us. Books need to be undamaged and in good shape to qualify for a return.
Due to the nature of E-books, there is nothing to "return"--we ask that you please delete your electronic files if you elect to return this purchase. We appreciate your support in not participating in electronic piracy of intellectual property.
